Never mix salt in your curd
Why is it said that salt should never be added to curd?
Many people eat curd by adding salt to it, which is not a right way.
Are you mixing salt (namak) & Dahi (Curd) at once?
Curd is home to many useful bacteria like lactobacillus!
But adding salt kills all healthy bacteria istantly which our body need
You can add sugar in dahi for sweet & it doesn't kill healthy bacteria inside it!
Even ayurveda says don't add salt in your curd, add sweets or sugar instead
